Festival Site: Hereford Rowing Club, Grey Friars Avenue, Hereford, HR4 0BE
Tickets: Print off or download your e-ticket and bring it to the box office on the day of the event, this will then be exchanged for a wristband. We just need to be able to scan the QR code (the funny black and white square thing).
Students, Military, & registered disabled Blue Badge holders:
Will be required to provide ID to be eligible for concessionary tickets and disable parking.
Children 16 & under and 12-18 years olds taking part in the float must be accompanied by a responsible adult (over 18) bearing a valid ticket, whose contact number will be written on the wristbands of the teens and kids. Children/Teens remain the responsibility of the adult at all times. If leaving the site, children and teens must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Please report any lost children/vulnerable adults to either a Steward or member of Security Team.
This is located near to the Main Stage and along the Wye Float route.
Car park opens- 0900hrs
Event begins- 1000hrs
River safety brief- 1145hrs
Grand opening- 1200hrs
Inflatable Float- 1200-1500hrs
NO FLOATS TO LEAVE AFTER 1500HRS- NO EXCEPTIONS
Evening entertainment- 1600-2200hrs
The site is always open for campers. Entertainment area closes at 10pm on Saturday 22nd August 2020

Camping and general area:
MUST be booked in advance, directly through Hereford Rowing Club. Dogs are allowed on site but must be kept on a lead at all times. Loud music can damage animals' hearing - please be conscious of your dog's sensitivity to excessive noise and be kind to your pooch. Please keep your pet hydrated - there are water points in the arena and camping areas - make sure they have enough to drink and shade if needed. Please make sure you clean up dog poop thoroughly - there are hundreds of children playing on the site. Give the grass a squirt of water if you can. Do your Dog a favour and think twice about whether the festival is the right environment for your pet.
Toilets and Showers:
There are portable toilets are located within the main arena and in the camping areas, this includes disabled access toilets (Showers are only available for paying campers only).
Nearest cash point is in the centre of Hereford High Town. No cards will be accepted on the day.
Food & Drink:
You may bring water into the arena but please remember no glass is permitted on site. If your water bottle is not sealed it may be checked! (Yes we are fully aware that gin and vodka looks like water.
Food vendors will be in attendance with a wide range of local produce and good prices.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU STAY HYDRATED!
Campers can bring food and drink into the camping area only. You cannot bring alcohol or glass into the arena and any glass brought into the campsite MUST be disposed of in the bins provided or taken home.
Cannot be brought into the arena and bags will be checked at the entrance. You will be required to dispose of any alcohol before entering the arena. As a condition of entry, all bags will be searched.

On arrival the stewards will direct you to collect your performers’ wristbands from the box office. Please no confetti canons on stage!
